2. Services

We provide Mobile massage services. All bookings are subject to availability and our confirmation.

3. Bookings and Payments

• Bookings are made through our online booking system or over the phone.

• Payment by credit card is processed securely via our payment provider [Stripe/PayPal].

• Prices are shown in $ and may be changed at any time before you confirm a booking.

• Your booking is confirmed only after fullpayment is recived (according to our booking rules).

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment.

• Cancellations made up to 6 hours before appointment time is partially refundable.

• No-shows are [non-refundable].

• If we need to cancel, you will be offered a new date or a full refund.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when booking and to arrive on time for appointments. We reserve the right to refuse service if we consider it unsafe, inappropriate, or in breach of these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
